iyzico Integration

iyzico is one of the most widely used payment providers in Turkey. Once connected to Fenikya, your customers can pay by card, in instalments, with 3D Secure protection.

What do you need before you start?

Having these ready before you begin will speed things up:

  • An approved iyzico merchant account
  • API Key and Secret Key
  • Your tax certificate and company details (required for the iyzico application)
  • A distance sales agreement and refund terms published on your site

How do you set it up?

  1. Get your API Key and Secret Key from your iyzico merchant panel.
  2. In the Fenikya panel go to Settings → Payment Methods.
  3. Select iyzico, paste your keys and run a test in test mode.
  4. Once the test passes, switch to live mode.

Common problems

Trying a live sale with test keys

Real cards don't work with sandbox keys. Once testing is complete, enter your live keys and turn test mode off.

The 3D Secure screen doesn't open

This is usually because 3D Secure isn't enabled on your iyzico account. Check it in your iyzico panel.

Instalment options aren't showing

Instalment definitions come from your iyzico account. If none are defined there, checkout shows single payment only.

Frequently asked questions

Can I try it in a test environment?

Yes. You can create a trial order in test mode using iyzico's sandbox keys.

Who sets the instalment rates?

Instalment counts and interest rates come from the definitions in your iyzico account; Fenikya does not invent them.
