UPS Integration
Connect your UPS account to create shipments from orders and pass tracking numbers to your customers. Particularly useful if you sell abroad.
What does the UPS integration do?
Domestic and international
Manage both from the same integration.
Shipment creation
Create a shipment from an order.
Tracking
The tracking number is written to the order.
What do you need before you start?
Having these ready before you begin will speed things up:
- A UPS business account
- API access enabled on your account
- Sender address and account number
- HS (GTIP) codes for your products if you ship internationally
How do you set it up?
- Get your API credentials from your UPS account.
- In the Fenikya panel go to Settings → Shipping.
- Select UPS and enter your details.
- Verify with a test shipment.
If you get stuck during setup, you can write to our support team.
Who is this integration for?
For sellers shipping abroad. It works domestically too, but its real advantage shows on international shipments.
Common problems
Customs documents are incomplete
Product contents and value must be entered correctly on international shipments; missing information leaves the parcel held at customs.
API access is denied
API access must be enabled separately on your UPS account; opening a business account alone isn't enough.
Frequently asked questions
Is customs information entered for international shipments?
The required fields are completed in the panel when creating the shipment; for country-specific documents you may need to speak to UPS.
