Paraşüt Integration
Paraşüt is a widely used bookkeeping application in Turkey. Once connected to Fenikya, paid orders automatically become invoices in Paraşüt: an e-Invoice if the customer is registered for it, an e-Archive invoice if not.
What does the Paraşüt integration do?
Automatic invoicing
A paid order becomes an invoice in Paraşüt.
e-Invoice / e-Archive routing
The buyer's registration status is checked and the correct document type selected.
Customer records
Billing details are matched to the contact record in Paraşüt.
VAT
Per-product VAT rates carry through to the invoice.
What do you need before you start?
Having these ready before you begin will speed things up:
- An active Paraşüt subscription
- A developer application created in Paraşüt (Client ID and Secret)
- Your e-Invoice/e-Archive setup completed on the Paraşüt side, if you use it
- Correct VAT rates entered on your product records
How do you set it up?
- Create a developer application in your Paraşüt account and get the Client ID and Secret.
- In the Fenikya panel go to Apps → Paraşüt.
- Paste in your details and test the connection.
- Turn on automatic invoicing.

Who is this integration for?
For sellers who keep their books in Paraşüt. In any store taking more than a few orders a day, issuing invoices by hand quickly becomes unmanageable; this integration removes that step entirely.
Common problems
No invoice is being issued
Automatic invoicing only runs on orders that have been PAID. No invoice is issued for an order awaiting bank transfer.
The wrong document type was issued
If a corporate invoice was selected but no tax number entered, the system treats the buyer as an individual and issues an e-Archive invoice. Make sure the tax number field is filled in on the billing address.
The VAT rate is wrong
The VAT rate carries over from the product record. If it's missing there, Paraşüt's default applies — check your product records.
Frequently asked questions
Is an invoice issued for every order?
With automatic invoicing on, invoices are issued for orders that have been paid. You can turn it off and issue them manually if you prefer.
How does it know whether the customer is registered for e-Invoice?
If a corporate invoice and tax number are entered, registration is checked and an e-Invoice or e-Archive invoice issued accordingly.
