Is the free plan really free?
Yes — the Starter plan is free forever and we don't ask for card details. You can list up to 100 products and use the core e-commerce features. As your business grows you can move to a paid plan whenever you like.
How long is the trial and how does it work?
We offer a 14-day free trial on the Growth and Professional plans, with full access to every feature. We don't charge automatically when the trial ends — we wait until you decide.
Can I change my plan?
Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. On an upgrade the difference is prorated daily; on a downgrade the remaining time is credited to your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer/EFT. Annual billing gets 17% off.
What is the transaction commission and when does it apply?
There is no platform transaction commission on any plan (0%) — we take nothing from your sales on Starter, Growth or Professional. Only your payment provider's own commission (iyzico, PayTR and so on) applies, and that goes directly to them, not to us.
How do you handle data security and backups?
We use KVKK-compliant infrastructure. Your data is backed up automatically every day and held on servers in Türkiye. 2FA, rate limiting and encrypted traffic are all enabled as standard.
