What do you need before you start?
Having these ready before you begin will speed things up:
- A Zapier account (the free plan is enough to start)
- A created Zap and its Catch Hook address
- The destination app connected to Zapier
How do you set it up?
- Create a new Zap in Zapier.
- Choose "Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook" as the trigger.
- Paste the address you're given into Apps → Zapier in the Fenikya panel.
- Select which events are sent and save.

Common problems
The Zap doesn't seem to run
Zapier builds its field mapping from the sample data it captures. After testing the connection, run "Test trigger" in Zapier and map the fields against that sample.
The test says success but no data arrives
Zapier can return "accepted" even for an address it doesn't recognise. Make sure you copied the address again from Zapier.
Too many notifications are coming through
Tick only the events you need in the list. If none are selected, every event is sent.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Zapier API key?
No. The Catch Hook address itself is enough; no separate key is required.
Which events can I send?
Order created, payment received, shipped, delivered, cancelled, status changed, new customer, customer updated, product added/updated/deleted, stock changed, stock low and cart abandoned.
